High-Risk Pool Regulations; Abortion Coverage Restricted

The Obama Administration released new high-risk pool regulations. The regulations address the issue of abortion coverage. After much debate and confusion, the Obama Administration clearly announced the restriction of abortion coverage in high-risk pools. The new regulation also lists the benefits that are and are not covered under the temporary program to also clear confusion.
